What makes me the expert, you ask? Why should you trust my itineraries instead of others? Well for starters, I worked at Disneyland for a year in the Entertainment Division in several different capacities. I left the Park in July 2003 to work in Northridge, CA due to the high cost of commuting daily to Anaheim. I have been an AP (Annual Passholder) since July 2003 and am now an avid Park enthusiast, visiting the park on a regular basis, including having been to both the May 5th and July 17th celebrations. There is no day that is too crowded at the Park. You just have to know how to adjust to the influx of people to make your visit a happy and magical one.
There are other websites out there that claim that their "sophisticated software" programs can calculate wait times and plan your day down to the minute. What those prgrams lack that only I can provide you is the ability to plan for sudden changes in ride and show wait times or closures, and the ability to adjust to the ever changing crowds based on both my experiences from regular trips to the Park and insider information from my time working as a Disneyland Cast Member.
